Posted Jan. 24, 2013: "We are so thankful for the teams that registered yesterday at the meeting despite our hectic schedules in life. I hope this will be a standard procedure for the coming tournaments sanctioned by NORFA. So as to make tournaments smoother and fostering a better and unified NORFA. For those who are late to register, we hope that by next time, u can make it early. Final schedule will be distributed on game day. Thank you for ur patronage. Godbless. "

**NOTE: As there were 29 teams when the final meeting was made which composed of 5 brackets, we have made some changes due to a withdrawal of a team and a team who has registered but not been listed. Thus, we are making now 6 brackets instead of 5 because we have totaled to 30 teams all in all for the Men's Open. Pls bear with this changes and focus on ur schedules. Thank you.

TOPANG CUP 2013 FOOTBALL FESTIVAL, January 19 & 20, 2013, Perdices Coliseum.

TO ALL TEAMS, Pls be reminded that it is best to submit your final line-up and credentials on Saturday, January 12, 2:00 PM at the NOHS Assembly Hall. So that on the final and last coaches meeting on January 16 (6pm, same venue), we will just distribute the schedules and make some final arrangements on line-ups and deal with the ground rules. Again, to propel us to a better association towards 2013, WE WILL MAKE JANUARY 16 AS THE FINAL DATE OF SUBMISSION OF LINE-UP (cut-off time: after the meeting). After that, NO MORE acceptance of entry to the scheduled TOPANG CUP 2013 FOOTBALL FESTIVAL. Pls be guided according, DAGHANG SALAMAT.
