*As to the 15-16 Category, ONLY HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS BORN 1996 can play, no to college born 1996.
Please be advised that NSO-Birth Certificate (photocopy) is highly required with picture attached to it. Only 2 teams per contingent will be accepted. Deadline and final meeting and the submission of birth certificates is on Wednesday (October 17, 2012).
After this date, we will NO LONGER entertain anymore teams. Venue of meeting will be at the Provincial Sports Office (Lamberto Macias Sports Complex) at 6:00 PM. Thank you.

sapat. ngano di pwede college level bisan ug qualified ang age? bisan man ganig FIFA walay ingon anang category. why should those who excelled in school suffer?
i understand your sentiments. i'm sure the organizers have a good reason why they are focusing on the "younger" bunch.
